I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks. And I have a very common yet totally useless excuse. I've been busy. So today after my show I'm going straight there to get a good sweat on. But I've been thinking a lot about what I can do while I'm in the studio to help my overall fitness. Drinking lots of water and snacking on fruit is always a big help. I've come to believe that snacking in general is very important. Eating 3 meals a day is old thinking. We need more like 5 or 6 small meals every day to bridge the gap. Never let yourself be hangry at work! Also I've been planking.
