The Jane Report

Kim Kardashian is officially on lock down ... again -- Kanye West pulled off a huge birthday surprise by renting out an entire baseball stadium and asking Kim to marry him Monday evening.  Kanye reportedly borrowed AT&T Park -- home of the San Francisco Giants -- and popped the question in front of family and friends. Shocker ... she said yes. E! first reported the engagement ... which comes 4 months after Kim and Kanye's daughter North was born -- and 18 months after they went public as a couple.  Monday was Kim's 33rd birthday. This will be her third shot at "til death do we part," and Yeezy's first. We're guessing this marriage will last longer than Kim's last one ... although 72 days with Kris Humphries is hardly a high standard.

Kelly Clarkson quietly got married on Sunday at an outdoor ceremony in the Smoky Mountains in Walland, Tennessee, which is near Knoxville.  She is now Mrs. Brandon Blackstock.  He's the stepson of Reba Mcentire and the son of Kelly's manager.  It's not a huge surprise since it's the same date she'd chosen for that big wedding they"canceled" when they decided to elope instead.  Kelly Tweeted some photos, along with the good news yesterday.  Quote, "We got married yesterday at Blackberry Farms in Tennessee, the most beautiful place ever!"

Jimmy Kimmel talked about the issues with the government healthcare website. People are still having problems with the Obamacare website.  Jimmy Kimmel made a fake hotline for Obamacare, and then talked about how ironic it would be to die while waiting in line for healthcare.

Cee Lo Green was in court yesterday to face allegations that he slipped a woman Ecstasy and then sexually assaulted her.  Well, he got good news and bad news.  The good news is that he wasn't charged with rape due to insufficient evidence.  The bad news is that he's still on the hook for a felony count of furnishing a controlled substance.  He could face up to four years in prison if convicted.  Cee Lo reportedly drugged the unidentified 33-year-old woman at a Los Angeles restaurant in July of 2012, and then assaulted her at her hotel room.  He pleaded Not Guilty to the drug charge.  In case you were wondering, producers of "The Voice" say Cee Lo will NOT be fired.

Michael Douglas was on "The Tonight Show" last night.  And he told the real story about his throat cancer, which was actually tongue cancer.  He said his doctor told him to call it throat cancer, because if they had to operate for tongue cancer, Michael could be permanently disfigured.  And they didn't want to make people freak out, or ruin any movie deals or anything.

Here's hoping Josh Duhamel posts of video of himself changing 7-week-old son Axl's diaper. "Timing when he's done actually pooping" has been the hardest part of being a new dad, said Duhamel. "I'll be in the middle of changing the diaper and he'll literally spray me," he said. "It's figuring out when he's actually done, when we can go in for the diaper change. You never know. It's a crap shoot, no pun intended." Fergie gave birth to Axl on Aug. 29 at Cedars-Sinai Hospital after checking earlier in the day for a prescheduled C-section. He weighed in at 7 pounds, 10 ounces Axl's most recent first? "He just smiled yesterday for the first time, but everything leading up to that was great…I just recommend it to anybody out there who hasn't done it," Duhamel said.

Someone just did a mash-up of Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" and Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball".  And it's not as bad as you might think.

Chances are, the celebrities you HATE WITH EVERY FIBER OF YOUR BEING aren't as bad as you think they are.  In fact, a lot of them probably do more good than most of us will ever do.  With that in mind, the Huffington Post put together a list of Nine Disliked Celebrities Who Deserve Another Chance, as well as the reasons you should reconsider your hatred...

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West:  They visit children's hospitals regularly, and asked people to donate to one instead of sending them baby gifts.
Kristen Stewart:  She was hugely involved in the Hurricane Sandy relief and cleanup efforts.  She even agreed to hang out with a Middle Eastern prince in exchange for a $500,000 donation.
Taylor Swift:  She just donated a $4 million Education Center at the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Justin Bieber:  He's really good with sick kids like Avalanna Routh, who was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer as an infant.  Before she died last September at the age of six, Justin had developed a very meaningful relationship with her.
Jay Leno:  When "The Tonight Show" was facing staff layoffs, Jay took a 50% pay cut so everyone could keep their jobs.
Katherine Heigl:  She's very involved in advocating organ donation, and also has an animal rights charity.  Both are in honor of her brother, who died in a car accident in 1986, at the age of 15.
Ashton Kutcher:  He does a lot of charity work for kids, through UNICEF, St. Jude's Children's Hospital and his own foundation.  He also gave a very inspiring speech at this year's "Teen Choice Awards".
Gwyneth Paltrow:  She works with numerous charities, including UNICEF, the Robin Hood Foundation and the Food Bank for New York City.  In 2008 she gave $75,000 to help feed the homeless and impoverished in New York.
