The Jane Report

Kourtney Kardashian is putting the rumors to rest that she conceived 3-year-old Mason after cheating with a male model, releasing DNA test results Thursday that show Scott Disick is really the father.  A male model named Michael Girgenti is suing Kourt for paternity over Mason, saying he had sex with her in '09 and 9 months later she popped out a kid. KK immediately denied the allegations as a grab for fame, but now she's got hard proof ... a lab doc that says the probability that Scott is the dad is 99.99% ... meaning the male model is 99.99% full of it.  Kourtney Kardashian's DNA test doesn't prove jack ... so says the male model who insists he's the REAL father of her 3-year-old son Mason, not Scott Disick.

Michael Girgenti tells TMZ, he saw the DNA test results TMZ posted on Thursday, which Kourtney got from an independent lab, showing that Scott is Mason's dad -- but Girgenti insists those results could easily have been forged.  As a result, Girgenti is refusing to back off his paternity lawsuit. A court hearing has been set for next month.

Lindsay Lohan knocked it out of the park on "Eastbound & Down". Sources say she crushed her cameo Kenny Powers-style ... and even got a standing ovation from the cast and crew. Sources close to production tell us, Lindsay didn't just conduct herself professionally while on set this week in North Carolina -- showing up on time and memorizing her lines backwards and forwards -- she was actually funny too.  As we reported, Lindsay is set to appear in the series finale, playing Kenny's illegitimate daughter.  After filming, we're told the cast and crew were so impressed by Lindsay's performance, they gave her a standing o. We're told the HBO show's co-creator Jody Hill hugged it out with Linds and thanked her for taking the gig.  Post-rehab fun fact: we're told Lindsay had a sober living coach with her the entire time she was on set.

Lisa Robin Kelly -- who played Eric Forman's older sister on "That '70s Show" --  has died. The 43-year-old actress passed away in her sleep Wednesday night at a rehab facility in California.   We spoke with Kelly's agent who tells us the actress had just voluntarily checked herself in for treatment for an alcohol problem this past week ... and was determined to clean herself up.  The agent tells us, "She had been fighting demons for a while and finally lost her battle."

Ashton Kutcher bragged to Jimmy that his closet is so well organized that he can get out of bed and get to work in 12 minutes in the morning.  But there are some big trade-offs.  He gets uptight when the order gets messed up.  He says, quote, "I'm a little OCD about it."

"Jobs" opens today in theaters.  It's the movie about the founding of Apple, starring Ashton as Steve Jobs.  Josh Gad from the Broadway play "The Book of Mormon" is Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.  There's a scene where Jobs and Wozniak talk about inventing an operating system.  Wozniak says no one is going to want to buy a computer for personal use.  And Jobs asks how they can know what they want if they haven't seen it yet.

The guys from "Duck Dynasty" were on "Live With Kelly and Michael" yesterday.  Jase told a funny story about getting kicked out of his own hotel when they arrived in New York.  He says he asked where the restroom was, and an employee escorted him out to the street.  He says it was a case of, quote, "facial profiling."

Earlier this month, a Fox exec said that the death of Cory Monteith's character on "Glee", will "deal directly with drug abuse."  He also said it would mirror, quote, "the incidents involved with Cory's passing."  Naturally, that made it seem like Finn might die of an accidental drug overdose, like Cory did.  But now, "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy says that WON'T be the case, although the writers DID consider it.  Instead, he says the third episode of the upcoming season, the one that will address Finn's death, will be more of a celebration of the character's life, and won't even reveal how the character died.  Murphy explains, quote, "That might be weird for some people, but it felt really exploitative to do it any other way . . . basically, what we're doing in the episode is we are not telling you yet, or maybe not at all, how that character died."

That being said, we've heard the episode will feature PSAs that, quote, "speak directly with the audience" about the dangers of drug abuse.

Chris Brown's hit-and-run case was just dismissed, even though prosecutors argued Chris deserved to be punished and punished severely for his alleged vehicular misdeed.  Chris and the victim struck a civil compromise -- she didn't want any money because the damage was so minor and she wanted the case dismissed.  But the L.A. City Attorney objected, arguing to the judge this morning that Brown was very aggressive toward the victim after the accident -- calling her a "bitch."  The City Attorney also argued that Brown was on felony probation and therefore his alleged misconduct of leaving the scene without anteing up a California driver's license was all the more serious.  The judge, however, didn't buy the City Attorney's argument and dismissed the case.  Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos said, "The case never should have been filed in the first place.  It's unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he's done."
