Kim Kardashian looked absolutely stunning as she debuted her new blond hair at a friend's barbecue in Beverly Hills over the weekend. The new mother brought along baby North West for the family-filled outing. Kourtney Kardashian and her two little ones, Mason and Penelope, also attended the party.
Kim's sis, Kourtney did a meet-and-greet at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas over the weekend. But what a lot of fans didn't know when they showed up was that they had to pay $150 PER PERSON to meet her. In fact, they were already in line for HOURS before someone came out and handed them flyers informing them of the fee. Those who actually paid it said they were rushed in and out so quickly, it was barely worth it. One woman who took her two kids to meet Kourtney was NOT happy. She claims she even called the day before and was told she didn't have to pay to meet Kourtney. She says, quote, "Don't they have enough money? . . . I'm not a fan anymore."
just did her first interview since the VMAs, for a documentary that MTV is doing about her. She said the VMA performance was all about making HISTORY. She said she doesn't pay attention to the bad things people say about her, because they should expect that kind of thing at the VMAs. She mentions Madonna and Britney, and claims that she and Robin Thicke told each other during rehearsals that they were about to make history. But then she also says she did it without thinking about it, because that's just how she operates.
Conan O'Brien joked last night about Miley Cyrus trying to make history at the VMAs. He says Miley wanted to be the first woman to dance provocatively at the VMAs and not turn anyone on.
Jennifer Lopez talked to Ryan Seacrest yesterday after the news came out that she was doing "American Idol" again. She told him she's not in it for the money, even though it's being reported that they bumped her up to $17.5 million this time. She says it's a really bad time for her to do the show because she's busy with a lot of other projects, but she couldn't say no because she loves it so much.
Looks like Simon Cowell is going to have a little mini-me! The X Factor judge and his pregnant girlfriend, New York City socialite Lauren Silverman, are expecting a baby boy, a source confirms to Us Weekly. "They've known for a while!" one insider tells Us of the news that they're having a son. As noted earlier on Sept. 3, the first-time dad-to-be actually got a glimpse of his little bundle of joy via a recent sonogram. "You literally see this thing which is now alive moving around," the normally tough-talking Brit gushed to the Times of London on Sept. 2, one month after Us Weekly broke the news of Silverman's pregnancy.
"I feel very paternal right now. So I am very happy," he said. He added, though, that he wouldn't let fatherhood change him too much. "I can assure you: I won't go soft," the former American Idol judge quipped. Cowell and Silverman began their relationship in secret while she was still married to Cowell's friend Andrew Silverman. The estranged spouses settled their divorce a few weeks ago, on Aug. 14; together they have a son, 7-year-old Adam. Cowell was understandably reluctant to talk about Silverman's pregnancy at first, but now that everything's out in the open, he's increasingly speaking out about his thoughts on fatherhood. "I am good with kids because I like kids," he told the BBC. "I really do like them and I listen to them. Once I got used to [the idea of becoming a father] I did get excited. I think I will be a good dad!" One thing he's not looking forward to is diaper changing. He says, quote, "I'm not doing that, 100% absolutely not going near that!"
According to a new poll conducted by "60 Minutes" and "Vanity Fair", Princess Diana is the celebrity we'd most like to bring back from the dead. And actually she was the runaway winner. Diana got 35% of the vote, followed by Steve Jobs with only 14%. Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston tied for third with 11%. Heath Ledger got 9%, Kurt Cobain got 6% and James Gandolfini got 3%.
A lot of celebrities roomed together before they were famous . . . like Ryan Gosling and Justin Timberlake. Ryan lived at Justin's house when they were on "The Mickey Mouse Club" together, because Ryan's mom couldn't give up her job in Canada. Here are some other pairs of celebrity roommates . . . Matt Damon and Ben Affleck lived together while writing their Oscar-winning screenplay for "Good Will Hunting". Judd Apatow and Adam Sandler were roomies when they were struggling comics. Lindsay Lohan and Raven-Symone roomed together for a brief period . . . but Raven says Lindsay was so busy with work she barely stayed there. But she did pay rent, so it was cool. Jonah Hill and Justin Long actually stopped living together because they were arguing about petty things. It probably saved their relationship, though. Dustin Hoffman lived with both Gene Hackman and Robert Duvall . . . but not at the same time.
A woman with a serious thing for John Cusack got busted at the star's home after allegedly making multiple attempts to enter his home Tuesday evening. According to law enforcement sources ... the woman tried to get in through a window at Cusack's Malibu estate, but failed. We're told a short time later Cusack's security caught her scaling a fence on the grounds, and detained her until L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies arrived. Deputies arrested 45-year-old Elizabeth Pahlke, and booked her for felony stalking and burglary. Now here's the twist ... we're told Pahlke has a history with Cusack ... and in fact, his security team had served her with a restraining order earlier on Tuesday. It's unclear at this point what prompted the restraining order. Our sources say Pahlke made a beeline for Cusack's home some time after receiving the document. She is currently being held on $150,000 bail. We're told Cusack was not home when the madness all went down. Also, Pahlke was not holding a boombox over her head when she got busted.
