Meet Geronimo, MIX 100's evening DJ! You can catch G-Mo on MIX 100 every weekday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

I was born in the '70s in rural Morristown, N.J.  My parents loved Colorado and so they moved us out here when I was a few years old.  A few years later, my dad accepted a job offer that moved us back to Jersey.  After high school graduation, I returned to Colorado to attend C.U. and have remained since.  I love this beautiful state and the good livin’ here in the Mile High City.

I landed in radio by way of a college internship, and it’s been in my blood ever since.  I have been lucky to spend my career here in Denver and have my family here in Colorado as well.  I have no wife or kids of my own, but I have wonderful parents, 3 brothers, and two absolutely adorable baby nieces that are too cute for words.

When I’m not playing on the radio, I enjoy time spent with family and friends and outdoor activities.  When the weather’s nice I like to twist the grip on my dirt bike – and when it’s not I break out the board and head for the hills.  I’m obviously a music fiend and try to take in live shows whenever possible (especially at Red Rocks), and occasionally I try to play some music as well. 

I was raised as a Broncos fan and always will be.  I’m always down for an Avalanche or Nuggets game, and I do enjoy the Coors Field experience – but NFL football is probably my favorite sport to witness. 

I live downtown and enjoy the city as mush as possible, but I never pass up a chance to get out of the city and spend time in the mountains or on a Mexican beach with a cold cerveza in hand.  When I’m home I’m usually geekin’ to the Science Channel or watching shows about sharks or the universe.
