Having Trouble Finding Your Tickets?
Accepting Tickets from Ticketmaster
- Tickets will be sent via email to the email address you provided to the station.
- Check your inbox for an email from Ticketmaster or KSE.
- If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Open the email and click “Accept These Tickets.”
- You will be redirected to the Ticketmaster website, where you’ll need to sign in to your Ticketmaster account.
- If you don’t already have a Ticketmaster account, you’ll need to create one to claim your tickets.
- After accepting the transfer, you’ll receive another email prompting you to “View and Save” your tickets. Click this link and confirm that your tickets appear in your Ticketmaster account.
- For the fastest entry at the event, we recommend saving your tickets to your smartphone’s digital wallet (such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).
Accepting Tickets from AXS
- Tickets will be sent/transferred to the listener via email. The station will use the email that was given by the listener, so the listener needs to make sure they have an AXS account under that email.
- Check for emails labeled “AXS”, subject line, “Tickets Just Got Sent to You.”
- This will be confirmation that tickets have been sent to the listener’s email. The email includes instructions on how to accept the tickets as well.
- The listener should always check the “Spam” or “Junk” folders; emails can end up there as well!
- Listeners need to make sure tickets can be viewed in their AXS account before the show!
