1. Eligibility. The Mix 100 Bruno or Bust promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are individuals legally residing in the State of Colorado (each, an “Eligible Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors (including immediate family members (child (biological, foster or adoptive), sibling, or parent (biological, foster or adoptive), and their respective spouses/domestic partners, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor (defined herein), KSE Radio Ventures, LLC, KSE Media Ventures, LLC, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, LLC and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to participate or win a Prize. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion, including but not limited to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of each Winner (defined herein). Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Promotion Period. The Promotion will begin Monday, September 21, 2026 at 7:00 AM MT and end on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM MT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at its sole discretion, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s clock shall be the official clock of the Promotion. All times listed are in Mountain Time.
3. How to Enter. An Eligible Entrant may only enter the Promotion by calling in to MIX 100 (the “Station”) in accordance with the following:
Sponsor will randomly play a cue on-air for listeners to call the Station at 303-691-1649 up to five (5) times per day in the 7:00 AM MT, 8:00 AM MT, 3:00 PM MT and 4:00 PM MT hours, as well as a randomly selected (by Sponsor in its sole discretion) bonus hour each day, Monday through Friday during the Promotion Period, excluding federal holidays. After each cue is played, the 10th caller to call in to the Station will have the opportunity to play Bruno or Bust (described below) (each, a “Contestant”). Eligible Entrants can be a Contestant multiple times during the Promotion Period but can only be a Winner once during the Promotion.
No other form of entry will be accepted other than as described above. In the event of dispute over the identity of an Eligible Entrant who submitted an entry, an entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the phone number used at the time of entry, and the potential Winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such phone number. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to the phone number in question by the applicable telephone provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning phone numbers to telephone accounts. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or
her phone number, e-mail or postal address. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be a violation of the Official Rules. During the Promotion Period there will be up to ten (10) total Winners.
4. Winner Determination.
a. Contestants. There will be up to twenty-five (25) Contestants total and up to ten (10) total Winners during the Promotion Period. Should a Contestant not meet the eligibility criteria or the entry be found, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to not comply with these Official Rules, such Contestant will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternative Contestant. The odds of becoming a Contestant will depend on the number of total callers that participate when the Station plays each cue.
b. How to Play Bruno or Bust. Ten (10) pairs of tickets to see Bruno Mars on either September 26, 2026 or September 27, 2026 will be randomly assigned on an online game board with twenty-five (25) squares on a 6×10 (25 square) game board (the “Board”) posted on the Station website. The contents of each square will be hidden from view until selected by a Contestant. Each Contestant will have the opportunity to pick one (1) square on the Board (the “Game”). The square selected will either be blank or it will have a pair of tickets to see Bruno Mars on one of the two (2) concert dates listed herein (concert date awarded determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The Board will be updated each time a Winner selects a winning square and wins a pair of tickets to Bruno Mars. The Promotion will continue until all squares containing a pair of tickets to see Bruno Mars have been selected. The overall odds of winning a prize as of the outset of the Game are approximately 1 in 5.25. The numbers of prizes available to be won will diminish as the Game progresses, and the odds of winning prizes will change as prizes are claimed.
