Adele’s ’30’ Debuts Atop Billboard 200 With Biggest Week Of The Year

Adele‘s latest album 30 has debuted atop the all-genre Billboard 200 albums chat, marking the largest week of 2021 for any album.

30 bowed with 839,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S. in the week ending November 25, according to MRC Data. The album trumped the debut of Drake‘s Certified Lover Boy, which earned 613,000 units in the week ending September 9.

With 30, Adele has earned her third No. 1 on the Billboard 200. She previously topped the chart with her last two studio albums: 25 and 21.

Of 30‘s 839,000 equivalent album units, album sales comprise 692,000, SEA units comprise 141,000, representing 185.39 million on-demand streams, and TEA units comprise 6,000 units.
