Billie Eilish, Finneas Meet With Biden At The White House

Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas met President Joe Biden at the White House last Wednesday.

Biden posted a picture of himself, flanked by Eilish and Finneas, saying, “When I heard my friends Billie Eilish and Finneas were in town for a show, I knew I had to invite them over to the White House.”

“Great to see you and your family – and I’m glad you got to meet Commander,” he added, referring to his new dog.

Eilish was in Washington D.C. for a performance at Capital One Arena as part of her Happier Than Ever, The World Tour.

The White House told The Hill in a statement on Thursday that the Biden family “have been long time fans” of Eilish and Finneas’ music. Eilish, Finneas and their parents Maggie and Patrick “were invited to pay a visit to the White House yesterday to meet President Biden,” according to the White House.

Eilish, who supported Biden’s campaign in the Presidential election, performed at the Democratic National Committee’s virtual 2020 convention in August of that year, delivering her first public performance of her song “My Future.”
