Coldplay are set to appear as the musical guest on the February 4 episode of “Saturday Night Live,” which will be hosted by “The Last of Us” actor Pedro Pascal.

The show will be Coldplay’s seventh appearance as the “Saturday Night Live” musical guest. Fronted by Chris Martin, the band are currently on the road with their “Music Of The Spheres” world tour.

Meanwhile, Pascal will be making his debut on the the long-running comedy sketch series. Pascal is also popular for playing the title character in “The Mandalorian.” He has also appeared in “Game of Thrones,” “Narcos,” and Wonder Woman 1984.

Sam Smith performed on the first “Saturday Night Live” episode of 2023, playing “Unholy” and “Gloria.” The episode was hosted by actress Aubrey Plaza.

Lil Baby performed on last weekend’s episode, hosted by Michael B. Jordan.
