Eminem’s ‘When I’m Gone’ Video Surpasses 1 Billion YouTube Views

Eminem‘s video for the song “When I’m Gone” has surpassed 1 billion views on YouTube.

“When I’m Gone” was the lead single from Eminem’s 2005 greatest hits album, Curtain Call: The Hits.

The track reached No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the singles chart in Australia, while the album debuted atop the Billboard 200.

The video for the song was directed by Anthony Mandler.

“When I’m Gone” marks the rapper’s seventh music video to touch the landmark in viewership.

“Mockingbird,” “Smack That,” “Love the Way You Lie,” “Without Me,” “Not Afraid” and “Rap God” are his other songs to join the Billion Views Club. “Houdini,” the lead single from Eminem’s upcoming album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace), debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week.
