Iggy Azalea performed during halftime of the New York Knicks game against the Boston Celtics at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, October 20.
Azalea performed her Billboard Hot 100 No. hit “Fancy” accompanied by the Knicks City Dancers. Azalea also performed “Black Widow,” her No. 3 hit that featured Rita Ora, and 2013 hit “Work,” which was the lead single from her debut album The New Classic.
“I have never been so scared in my life but I had fun!” Azalea tweeted Wednesday alongside video of the halftime performance.
Azalea released her third studio album The End of an Era on August 13, 2021 through Bad Dreams Records and Empire. The album received generally positive reviews from music critics.
The Australian rapper had previously revealed that she will be taking an extended break from musical projects after the release of the album.
