Kanye West, who recently changed his name to Ye, has reportedly purchased a home across the street from his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

According to reports, the “Donda” singer purchased the Hidden Hills estate for a whopping $4.5 million, which is more than $400,000 than its original listed price of $4,079,000.

The single-story home spans over 3,600 square feet and is a modest five-bedroom, four-bathroom house. It is situated on over an acre of land with an equestrian ranch on the property. The property would help Ye stay near his kids.

Kardashian filed for a divorce from West in February after seven years of marriage. The pair had began dating in 2012 and got married in 2014. They share four children: daughter North, 8, son Saint, 6, daughter Chicago, 31/2, and son Psalm, 21/2.
