Rapper, producer and entrepreneur Kanye West is reportedly selling his massive ranch in Wyoming for $11 million.

According to People, the 4000-acre West Ranch, formerly known as Monster Lake Ranch, went on the market for $11 million. It is situated just 52 miles from Yellowstone National Park.

However, it seems that West is selling the property for a loss, as it had cost the rapper $14 million.

The property features lakes, a lodge, commercial kitchen, equipment sheds, horse facility, corrals and go-kart track, according to the DBW Realty listing.

The latest listing comes just days after West listed his seven commercial properties in Cody, Wyoming, for more than $3.2 million, the Cody Enterprise reported.
