Billie Eilish has teamed up with Spanish singer-songwriter Rosalía to release the song, “Lo Vas a Olvidar,” which will be featured in the forthcoming second season of the HBO television series, “Euphoria,” starring Zendeya.
The collaboration has long-been in the works, as Rosalía revealed to Apple Music‘s Zane Lowe as far back as April of 2020 that it was “getting quite close.”
“I feel like the production, the sound design is almost done, so I just need Billie to send the vocals and they send me the ideas that they want to add because we are there,” she had shared.
The song is slated to be released at noon Eastern time, 9 am Pacific Time on Thursday.
“You guys have been waiting for this,” Eilish said on Instagram. “‘Lo Vas A Olvidar’ with @rosalia.vt for @euphoria. song and music video out thursday at 9am pt!!!”
Meanwhile, Eilish is gearing up to release her self-titled photo book sometime this year, as well as an Apple TV+ documentary, titled “Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry.”
