Miley Cyrus‘ latest song, “Flowers,” made a grand entry on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, coming in at No. 1 in its debut week.
This is the second song by Cyrus to top the chart after “Wrecking Ball” topped the chart for three weeks in 2013.
“Flowers,” released on January 12 as the lead single from Cyrus’ upcoming album Endless Summer Vacation, earned 52.6 million streams, 33.5 million radio airplay audience impressions and sold 70,000 copies in the January 13-19 tracking week, according to Luminate.
The pop singer’s eighth studio album is scheduled for release on March 10.
“Flowers” also topped both the Streaming Songs and Digital Song Sales charts, while it made its debut at No. 18 on the Radio Songs chart.
“Flowers” is followed by SZA‘s “Kill Bill” at No. 2, Taylor Swift‘s “Anti-Hero” at No. 3, Metro Boomin, The Weeknd and 21 Savage‘s “Creepin’” at No. 4 and Sam Smith and Kim Petras‘ “Unholy” at No. 5 on Hot 100 chart dated January 28.
The Hot 100 blends all-genre U.S. streaming (official audio and official video), radio airplay and sales data.
