Multiple Arrests Made In Connection With Lady Gaga Dognapping

Multiple arrests have been made in connection with the abduction of Lady Gaga‘s dogs and the shooting of her dogwalker.

The incident happened on February 24, when Gaga’s dogwalker, Ryan Fischer, was walking her three dogs at about 9:40 p.m. in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Fischer was confronted by two men who struggled with him before one guy fired at him before fleeing with two of the dogs. The third dog escaped. Two days laterm a woman turned the dogs into LAPD’s Olympic Community Police Station unharmed.

According to Billboard, the LAPD arrested five individuals on Thursday, April 29, including three for attempted murder and robbery: James Jackson; Jaylin White; and Lafayette Whaley. Two others, Harold White and Jennifer McBride, were arrested for being accessories to attempted murder.

McBride is the woman who brought the dogs into the LAPD’s Olympic Community Police Station on February 26. She had returned the dogs to claim the $500,000 reward Gaga had offered for her dogs.

Fischer was hospitalized for weeks after the shooting and is now doing fine.
