Billie Eilish is seeking a temporary restraining order against a man who allegedly broke into her family home in Los Angeles earlier this month.

As per legal documents, the Oscar-winning musician has filed a restraining order against 39-year-old Christopher Anderson.

The male suspect, wearing black clothing and a black face mask, allegedly jumped the fence of Eilish’s family home in Highland Park at night on January 5.

Her father Patrick O’Connell says the man showed up at his house many times before this incident.

A statement in the request for the restraining order says that Anderson got inside Eilish’s parents’ home “unannounced and uninvited after apparently professing his love for me and expressing that he really wanted to meet me.”

The 21-year-old singer has also sought protection for her parents and her brother, Finneas.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Anderson was arrested on suspicion of burglary and is being held in the North County Correctional Facility in Castaic.
