Coco Jones has teamed up with Justin Timberlake for a remix of “ICU,” the second single from her 2022 EP, What I Didn’t Tell You, Jones.

Rumors about Jones doing a remix of “ICU” with Timberlake were circulating early last week when she posted a photoset on Twitter showing a collage of ’90s boy bands, a screengrab of a “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” episode and a cartoon drawing of a river.

In a red carpet interview at the 2023 ESPY Awards last Wednesday (July 12), Jones confirmed Timberlake’s appearance on the remix, saying, “He’s such a legend and he really supports me, so I’m really really happy to have this collaboration.”

The DJ Camper-produced “ICU” earned Jones her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100. The track also had a four-week run atop Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay.

The “ICU” remix marks Timberlake’s first musical release of 2023. His last studio album was Man of the Woods, which arrived in 2018.
