Billie Eilish’s ‘Happier Than Ever’ Tops Billboard 200 For Second Week

Billie Eilish‘s latest album Happier Than Ever has continued its reign over Billboard‘s all-genre 200 chart for the second week in row after it debuted atop the tally.

According to MRC Data, Happier Than Ever logged 85,000 album units in the the week ending August 12, down 64%. The album debuted with 238,000 album units in the U.S. in the week ending August 5, recording the fifth-largest week of 2021 by equivalent album units earned.

Happier Than Ever is the second album released in 2021 to spend its first two weeks at No. 1, following Morgan Wallen‘s Dangerous: The Double Album, which spent 10 consecutive weeks at No. 1.

Of Happier Than Ever‘s 85,000 equivalent album units, SEA units comprise 49,000, down 42%, equaling 66.1 million on-demand streams of the album’s songs, album sales comprise 36,000, down 76% and TEA units comprise less than 1,000, down 55%.

Eilish’s previous studio effort, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, debuted at No. 1 on the chart dated April 13, 2019, and spent a total of three non-consecutive weeks at the top of the list.
